About course
Abstract: The Art of Design is a fascinating study of the world of modern design through the art and vision of various artists. Each episode of the first eason tells a story of one of the prominent world designers that create our visual and functional space, from Tinker Hatfield, one of the world’s most legendary sneaker designers, to the outstanding architect Bjarke Ingels.
Abstract: The Art of Design is a perfect series for those who wish to go deep into the creative process and understand who innovative ideas are born. And this booyya course based on the first season will help you understand the vocabulary that is used by the speakers.
For each episode our team has developed 1-2 tasks based on the plot of the episode, selected 15-18 useful words, phrases, collocations or idioms from the episode, designed several interactive exercises for further practice and also, provide a list of extra materials that you can read or watch should you wish to investigate the topic even further from the author of the course.
The course will be useful not only for the professionals that deal with design, but also for everybody who wishes to deeper understand how art functions.
