This course is for real movie buffs. In the course we will consider genres in cinema and their components. You will learn why thriller is not a genre, and how to say in English "an action-packed movie".
We will also teach you how to choose a good film by reading reviews in English. To do this, we have collected the most necessary vocabulary for each genre.
After this course you will be able to immerse yourself in the English-speaking world of rotten tomatoes or IMDB, find the best movies, write your impressions about them, discuss, argue and agree.

Movie vocabulary
There are 6 parts to the lesson. Each part is dedicated to one or a group of genres. In total, we consider 12 genres and 30 specific words and expressions to describe films.
Tasks
At the end of the lesson you will have exercises to consolidate the material. In order for you not only to get acquainted with the vocabulary, but also to master it. Well, we translate words from passive to active vocabulary. In addition, our exercises are designed on an interactive platform that allows you to easily test yourself and immediately identify your mistakes.
