UNIT 1: Project Management Approaches
Two vocabulary lessons cover planning, organizing, and executing tasks in a project, while the grammar section explains the difference between the Present Continuous and and the Present Simple.
UNIT 2: Project Stages
This is the only unit where there’s an additional vocabulary lesson focused on project stages instead of a grammar lesson.
UNIT 3: Project Development
Vocabulary lessons introduce the vocabulary that can be used to describe processes. The grammar section helps you finally understand the difference in use of the Present Perfect and the Past Simple.
UNIT 4: Meetings
This unit concentrates on various types of meetings and making suggestions. The grammar section covers the difference in modal verbs that help make suggestions (must, have to, should, can).
UNIT 5: Problem Solving, Support
The unit introduces the ways to talk about support, problems, and their solutions. The grammar section contains the explanation of conditional sentences of types 1 and 2 and ways to use them to express various possibilities and hypothetical situations.
UNIT 6: CV/Job Interview
The unit offers information on how to prepare for job interviews and write a CV. This can’t be done without such grammar forms as “used to,” and “would,” or the Past Simple. So, the grammar section focuses on the differences and practicing these structures.
UNIT 7: Web Design
The unit focuses on the vocabulary that is used to talk about web design and the topic of articles (a, an, and the), which are essential in English.
UNIT 8: Soft Skills
You’ll learn how to handle objections using various forms to talk about the future (modals: will/may, present simple and continuous, be going to).
UNIT 9: Reports
The unit teaches how to report on your work results and plans. The passive voice will help emphasize the project rather than the performers.
